We build the glass sauna and the cold plant in our own workshop outside India, and we draw the cold pool they serve to the standard a consultant expects: loads in kW and kN, drains with levels, a plant room with an air path, and a datasheet at 4 °C water and 45 °C air. Eight systems
Cold side first, then the cabin, then the plant
Pools and hot and cold suites lead because they carry the engineering. The glass saunas follow, then the timber tubs, the free-standing tub and the tropicalised chiller that cools them all.

The number we cannot give you is the one a business case needs most: what a cold plunge pool or a sauna adds to a room rate, a membership or a sales price in India. We have no audited figure, and quoting a vendor's or a blog's would be inventing one. We give you what we can stand behind: capex from our range, power from the kW and litres in the schedule, and a throughput figure for the layout. The revenue side is yours to model with your operator's data.

Cabins from our joinery, plant from our chiller line, progress photographs, then 40% on release for shipping.
Handover, up to 7 days
Installation supervised by our team, a signed temperature test at 4 °C and at cabin temperature, then the last 20%.
40 / 40 / 20: deposit, production, delivery. The final 20% is released only once the temperature test has been signed.

What does a custom sauna cost in India?

Will a cold pool hold 4 °C in a Delhi May?
The plant is sized for a 45 °C design ambient, the volume and the hours of use. The first pull-down takes hours, and a new pool is started days before it opens to prove that it holds its set point. See tropicalised chillers.
In India, does sauna mean a steam room?
Sometimes, in a tender. We build dry saunas, 90-110 °C with low humidity; the terminology note shows how to write the difference into a BOQ.
Which documents do you issue for consultants?
A layout and range within 5 working days, then spec sheets, 2D CAD blocks, loads sheets and a technical bid on request. See the consultants page.
How long from signing to the first session?
Production 6-10 weeks, installation up to 7 days, and freight and clearance between them; roughly three to four months from the deposit. The quote states a schedule for your site.
How is GST treated in the ranges?
Ranges exclude GST, and the quote shows it as its own line. The GST and customs note explains the structure and says where your accountant decides.
Who installs it?
A member of our project team supervises the installation and signs the temperature test with you. Your contractor's trades do the civil, plumbing and electrical work and fit the cabin, the glass, the plant and the pool finish, to our drawings and under our supervision.
