What the number in the specifier means
The range covers equipment and installation supervision, delivered to a metro site, with an allowance for freight and import duty. It excludes GST, civil works by others, the power feeder and the drain connection. The heater follows the cabin at about 1 kW per cubic metre; the chiller follows the tub, 1 HP to 260 litres, 2 HP to 570 and 4 HP to 1,200. A standard pool, up to 1,200 litres, is priced with its plant; a larger pool is priced from the drawing, because its plant is drawn from its volume.
A selection in the specifier is a brief, not a quote. The firm number follows the free 3D layout, returned within 5 working days, and it will differ from the range by whatever your site adds: a crane, a long hose run, a podium slab.
The rules inside the specifier
- Heater. About 1 kW per cubic metre of cabin; the cabin size you choose sets the heater and the supply, and the glass walls are checked at the layout.
- Chiller. Chosen from the tub's litres: 1 HP to 260, 2 HP to 570, 4 HP to 1,200. Pools carry their own plant.
- Extras. A deck, concealed lighting, an aroma kit and a pergola, each with a fixed indicative range.
- Total. The sum of the lower figures and the sum of the upper ones, shown in lakh or crore.
- Message. A plain-text brief with the choices, the range and a question about your site.
One configuration, added up
A 4-seat glass cabin (₹10.2-14.6 lakh), a round plunge pool (₹8.8-15.7 lakh) and a teak deck (₹1-1.8 lakh) add up to ₹20-32.1 lakh, excluding GST. That is the family zone of the investment guide; the specifier shows the sum as you click, and the message it builds names each item.
What to send with the message
The message carries your choices. Add a plan or three photographs, the DB location, the widths of the gate or the lift, and the date you want to start. With those, the layout comes back within five working days.
Is the range on this page a quote?
No. It is an orientation range built from our standard configurations. The quote follows the 3D layout, and it itemises freight, tax and any crane hire.
Can I specify the cold side without a sauna?
Yes. Choose no sauna and the specifier adds up the pool or tub, the chiller and the extras.
What if my case is a hotel or a clinic?
Use it for a first number, then send the brief on WhatsApp. Commercial plant is sized from bathers per hour and hours of use, which no selector can see.
