The quote lists each as a line so nothing appears on the invoice that was not on the quote.

The layout and quote take up to 5 working days, production 6-10 weeks and installation up to 7 days. Freight and customs clearance sit between production and installation, so allow roughly three to four months from the deposit; the quote states a schedule for your site.

Yes, where the slab and the access allow it. A cabin travels panelised through a standard lift; a pool needs a slab check for the loaded weight. Your society or building management may need to give permission; we list the question on the drawing.

The plant is sized for a 45 °C design ambient, the volume of the pool and the hours of use. The first pull-down takes hours, and a new pool is started days before it opens to prove its hold. See the chiller page.

The heater draws its rated power while heating for about 40 minutes and then cycles; the chiller cycles like a very large refrigerator. The layout we send includes an estimate in kWh for your pattern of use.

We make no health claims and give no medical advice. The operator or the family's own doctor decides who uses the cold pool and for how long; the cabin can be run cooler and for shorter sessions.
