Glass-front saunas by seat count

Glass is standard: one full wall with a door, or two walls at a corner. Heaters follow the cabin at about 1 kW per cubic metre, and the glass walls are checked against the heater at the layout. The cabins are described on the glass-front saunas and custom dry saunas pages.

Cold plunge pools and suites

At standard size the pool price covers the plant, the filtration and UV units, the waterproofing system and the finish materials, steps and seat ledge, and our supervision and commissioning, up to 1,200 litres per plant unit. Your contractor's trades build the structural shell, the excavation, the plinth, the drain, the feeder and the pipe runs, and apply the waterproofing and the finish, to our drawing and under our supervision. A larger pool, such as a 2.0 m round or a collective pool of 3.5 x 1.8 m, has its plant sized from its volume and is priced from the drawing, in place of the standard pool in a kit; the hospitality page shows how a floor is sized.

Complete zones and standard kits

Each total is the sum of the ranges in the tables above, so any line can be added up again. What moves a total is the seat count, the pool format and the extras; a pool above standard size replaces the standard pool in a kit and is priced from its drawing.

Payment in three instalments

Forty per cent as the deposit that enters the production queue, forty per cent on release for shipping, and twenty per cent after installation, on the day a temperature test is signed with the water at 4 °C and the cabin at working temperature. Nothing is paid in full in advance.

Reading the tax lines

A quotation for imported equipment can carry several tax and duty lines, and they do not all apply to every buyer. Since 22 September 2025 GST has two main rates, 5% and 18%, plus 40% on a short list of demerit goods (PIB, 3 September 2025), and heaters, chillers and pumps are listed at 18%.
