A small team that builds the cabin and the cold plant together, and signs one warranty
We build and sell equipment: saunas, tubs, and the chillers and pool plant behind them. We also supply the cold plunge pools and hot and cold suites that plant serves, with their drawings, finish materials and commissioning. We do not run spas, bathhouses or clubs. Since 2021 we have delivered 68 projects, all outside India. Not one of them is an Indian installation, so the project profiles on this site are illustrated briefs and not references.
In this note
Most suppliers sell either the wood or the cold. A cabin from one workshop and a chiller from another arrive together and talk past each other: the heater feeder was sized for a cabin that grew, the plant was sized for a pool that shrank. We draw the cabin, the pool and the plant on one sheet, make the cabin and the plant in one workshop and put all three under one warranty.
How we work with a consultant
- We answer the RFI in writing, with the datasheet attached, not with a sales call.
- We say which dimension we need before we draw, and which one we will not guess.
- We mark where another discipline decides: structure, MEP, drainage, fire, approvals.
- We issue revised drawings with the changes listed, so the BOQ can follow.
- We sign the temperature test at site, and the last instalment waits for it.
What we do not do
We do not operate wellness venues, so we do not sell memberships or take a share of your revenue. We publish no named clients or testimonials. We do not make health claims for heat or cold; the operator's own medical adviser decides the protocol. And we do not claim an office, a factory or a stock in India: the work is done from the workshop and supervised on site.
Who contracts, who imports, who invoices
A quote names three parties before any deposit is asked for: the entity that contracts with you, the importer of record and the entity that invoices. It also says which of the three structures in the GST and customs note the price follows. Those answers shape tax, warranty and compliance papers, so they come first, not last.
Numbers we publish, and the ones we do not
We publish what we can stand behind: 68 projects delivered since 2021, a 3D layout in up to 5 working days, production in 6-10 weeks, installation in up to 7 days, payment in three instalments and a two-year warranty. We publish no client names, ratings or reviews, and no revenue figures for a plunge pool or a sauna in India, because we have no audited ones. If you ask for a number we do not publish, the honest answer is that we do not have it.
Who answers your message
The project team answers on WhatsApp, in English, with the plan or the photographs open in front of them. A message that arrives with a plan gets a question list and a first reading; a message that arrives without one gets a request for the plan. That is not a script. It is how a first drawing is started.
